We are seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, professional educator who wants to work 7.5hr per day, Monday to Friday and is available to work all shifts including opening at 6:30am and closing at 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment
• Assist the ECT in providing a high quality, inclusive, EYLF & QKLG program incorporating Bush Kindy
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
• Participate in professional and personal development
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with our Employee Guidelines, Philosophy & Policies
Job Requirements:
• 2 years Experienced Lead Educator
• Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework including National Quality Standards, Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and Educational and Care Services National Regulations 2011
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
• Possess highly developed problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, with parents, colleagues, and management to achieve goals
You will need reliable transport as we are located in a semi-rural setting with very little public transport.
